Blue Pearl is a two-story, 1913 craftsman bungalow within one block of the historic square in Granbury, Texas. She maintains a lot of her vintage appeal but with a splash of modern flair. The home has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths and will accommodate 8 people comfortably. There are smart TVs in every bedroom, just bring your streaming app logins. IF you are lucky to have a reservation for one of the many parades, they run right in front of the house on Pearl St. which you can enjoy from the comfort of the front porch or private yard of your vacation rental.

UPSTAIRS
The bedroom upstairs has a plush king sized bed. Enjoy the 42” TV that sits atop the LED electric fireplace, which provides beautiful ambiance with different light options and also provides heat. The reading nook with window has a twin size cushion and ample pillows for curling up with a good book.
Glam Bath
The upstairs bathroom retreat is a glamour girl’s dream. It has a large private dressing area with vanity and a velvet tufted chair, fit for a queen, ready for you to enjoy preparing for your night out on the square. The jetted tub also has a shower head. Very large closet for your belongings and luggage.
DOWNSTAIRS
Downstairs the main suite has a king bed with a very large closet. There is a bathroom with shower right next door. This room is also equipped with a 42” TV. The mirrored dresser and nightstands give this room a modern luxe feel.
Next to the main suite downstairs is the bathroom. Walk-in tiled shower is equipped with a rain shower head and teak spa bench. Shampoo, body wash, and conditioner are provided.
The bedroom in the middle sleeps 2 comfortably on a queen sized bed, again with a 32” TV in the room.
The front parlor room has been arranged to be your mobile work station. A desk with lamp, high speed WiFi, and comfortable chair are provided. You can gaze out the window which overlooks the front porch. However, it can also become a fourth bedroom. The Serta loveseat can be folded out to become a full sized bed. The plush velour chaise lounger is perfect for relaxing, reading, or watching your favorite show on the 32” TV.
Enjoy the comfortable living room with 65” TV along with the ambience of the candles in the fireplace. The fireplace retains its original craftsman mantle. The fireplace does not function, after all of its use and age. There is ample seating with the leather sectional sofa and designer chairs.
Leading from the living room into the dining room is the best unexpected surprise yet in this unique home. Original pocket doors separated the rooms and once you step into the dining room, you are greeted by the Your Host Zeus mural. There is seating for 8 at the large table. The wine bar has glasses, carafe, opener and decanter to enjoy one of the local wines that can be purchased on the square.
The open kitchen is perfect for cooking special meals, with two ovens and every appliance you could need. Two ovens make it easy to prepare meals for any family get together. The coffee station makes mornings easy for you. Stop by the local coffee shops to obtain some local grind flavors. You can enjoy your coffee drip style or with individual pods. Personalized travel cups are also provided.
OUTDOORS
The backyard has been completely remodeled and is ready for you to relax. There is a 6 person hot tub with LED lights and fountains. There’s ample outdoor seating, a charcoal grill, and even a small covered seating area. Parking for 4 cars is available onsite.

How could Zeus not welcome your fur babies into his home? Zeus has a food and water station for you to use. A crate is also provided for those times they must be left in the house alone. A leash and waste bags are also available for your use. We even have a plush, velvet sitting area for your Fido.
